Aimee-Leigh Hay

Hi there, I’m Aimee-Leigh. I’ve worked in property management for 13 years, starting out in student accommodation in London before moving into executive property management along Brisbane’s riverside enclaves. For the past five years I’ve been part of the Worth Real Estate team, managing a wide range of Inner Brisbane properties with the same level of attention to detail.

Over the years, I’ve learnt that good property management isn’t about overcomplicating things. It usually comes down to being organised, following a process properly, and handling situations calmly when they arise. Whether it’s day-to-day management, maintenance coordination, or navigating a more complex tenancy issue, I approach everything in a practical and measured way.

I also understand that every landlord has a different level of involvement they are comfortable with. Some prefer regular involvement in decisions, while others are happy for things to be handled with minimal interruption. My role is to adapt to that while ensuring communication remains clear and consistent throughout the tenancy.

Outside of work, I’m usually spending time with family and friends, cooking, or exploring Inner Brisbane’s food scene. I also love to travel, and when I’m not on a plane, I’m usually testing my relationship with my husband as we renovate our own house.
