Hi, I’m Brae- a Brisbane property management expert.

I’ve built my career by talking to strangers and turning those conversations into long-term working relationships. I’ve been working in property since 2008, with experience across residential and retail leasing, sales, property management, advisory, and project marketing.

Over time, I’ve developed a reputation for being sharp, strategic, and willing to take a different route when it leads to a better outcome. That approach has also led to consulting work with agencies, training providers, and industry groups looking to lift their standards.

In 2017, I left Brisbane for Canberra and founded a property management agency. It grew into the territory’s largest and most awarded independent. After seven years, and several of The Real Estate Institute’s top honours, including Agency of the Year and Property Manager of the Year, I sold and moved back to Brisbane. My wife missed the sunshine. Fair call.

Now back in Brisbane, I’ve partnered with a team of experienced property managers who understand what landlords need across the Brisbane rental market. The focus is simple: clear communication, strong processes, and reliable management.
