Over the last 12 years, Brett has been actively involved in the Asian region, primarily focusing on recruitment and talent acquisition. He held the position of Assistant General Manager in a prominent recruitment company based in Hong Kong and later progressed to the role of General Manager in a boutique firm located in Southeast Asia. In this capacity, he led a team of 8 specialized consultants.
